Special: Heavy Equipment is scheduled for the West Stanley Storage. Due to bankruptcy, a construction company is liquidating their heavy equipment. Currently there is a John Deere Skid Steer, John Deere Excavator, (2) large Goose neck equipment trailers and more. Note: Keep checking our website. The judge could delete items or add items for settlement. There will not be any titles for any trailers or equipment. We will issue a bill of sale only. West Stanley Mini Storage Facility & Allen Storage Centers will sell various items of personal property at auction pursuant to the assertion of a lien for rental at its self-storage facility. We sell these items by the piece and have no idea what is in each unit until the doors are open the day of sale.
